Sesi Oluwaseun Whingan joins the Ilogbo Traditional Council, Badagry Federation leadership class, and the Olatunde Family of Ilogbo in celebrating an icon of tireless and consistent leadership service, Chief Olatunde Joseph, the Onisalu of Ilogbo-Eremi Kingdom.
