Mr. Mobolaji Ogunlende, porpularly known as RAK, a former front contender for the position of House of Representatives, Badagry Federal Constituency has reaffirmed his commitment to the party during Salah get together with his team in Badagry.

While addressing his team, he said the ultimate reason for the get together is to thank the team members for standing by him.

As part of my leadership character, I have deemed it fit to call us together in the spirit of unity and a welcome back after my brief recess to merry and think ahead of the election campaign in support of all APC Candidates.

All of us here had options to follow other aspirants, but you choose to stand by me. I am grateful and will not take you for granted.

He said: “Speaking about the last primary which he contested, Ogunlende expressed thus;

I am disappointed but I’m not discouraged. Things does not happen overnight and as a prayer warrior I believe God has a perfect reason the primary elections went the way it went.

Ogunlende said a lot of lessons have been learnt which will help in the future.

We are gradually moving closer to the election period, campaign starts Sept. 23, there is a lot of work to be done.

There is a lot of work to be done for our party flagbearers, Hon. Sesi Whigan (Reps), there is a lot of work to be done for Hon. Bonu and Hon. Setonji David (Assemblies), there is a lot of work to be done for Alhaja Adebule (Senate), there is a lot of work to be done for Governor Sanwo-Olu (Governor) and of course our father, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (President), Ogunlende said.
