BUSTED: PDP Candidate Shares 1 Cup of Rice To Voter !

The people of Calabar South local government area of Cross River State on Thursday rejected the one-one Cup of rice shared to them by the Senator Representing the Southern Senatorial District of the State, Sen. Gershom Bassey of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

This comes barely two days to the Presidential and National Assembly elections slated Saturday, February 23rd, 2019.

it was gathered that even the youths in Ward 10 of the LGA and Senatorial District threw more shades and expressed their disappointment in the Senator who is seeking reelection for his second term in the Red Chambers.

According to an eyewitness, the Senator whose campaign train was rejected in Akpabuyo Local Government Area few months ago was said to also share two hundred Naira (N200) only, to the youths of Calabar South.

“Today is a bad day for Nigerian electorates resident at Ward 10 in Calabar South as women kicked/threw away the one cup of rice, while the youths expressed profound disappointment (cursing into thin air) for the N200 that the PDP Senatorial candidate for ‘Cross River South’ disrespected them with.

“My only challenge was that, even at the meager N200, the youths still scrambled – like that was the only thing they’d gain for 4 years. Could it be?”, the eyewitness said.

Others who disliked the caricature gesture of Sen. Bassey murmured behind the stable, vowing not to vote him at the poll this Saturday.
