Barr. Emmanuel sunday Kappo a prominent politician and leader in Badagry division has sent a Congratulatory message to Hon sesi Whingan for emerging victorious in just concluded APC Primaries for house of representatives in Badagry Federal Constituency.

The message though very short but is with Passion and affection for the young Honourable.
