Sesi Whingan has been in the news for all the right things during the world ravaging pandemic, and he still does what he thinks he knows how to do best
Actually, Not too many badagrians know Sesi Whingan not until his passion for humanitarian services propelled him to begin a life as a Philanthropist after successful excellent spells in both public and private careers as a Journalist, civil servant, property development consultant and the Managing Director of renown property firm, Pogs Luxury, Lagos.
Born into the royal Family of Maseno in Ikoga Zebbe in Badagry Local Government of Lagos State in 80s, Prince Sesi started his primary and secondary education at St. Benedette Nursery and Primary school and Oba community High School both in Abeokuta, the Ogun State Capital between in 1990 and 2002.
He graduated in 2009 from the prestigious Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye in Ogunt State, where he bagged his First Degree Certificate in Mass Communications. The overzealous young chap later obtained his MBA certification in the United Kingdom, from the renowned Anglia Ruskin University.
Sesi whingan has written his name in gold in the sand of badagrians via championing his humanitarian course through his foundation Sesi Whingan Foundation
Since it inception, the foundation has embarked on the following social responsibilities among others; distribution of cash and food items to the aged, widows and less-privileged within Badagry, rehabilitation of Agric Road and other roads in Ikoga Zebbe, distribution of cash and other incentives to community and religious leaders; both Christians and Muslims, empowerment of some market women to boost their trade.
Sesi’s name become more known to many household in Badagry, especially during the ravaging Covid-19 pandemic, where his foundation distributed food items and cash worth millions of naira across the length and breadth of Badagry Federation, to cushion the effect of the pandemic.
The humanitarian gestures by Sesi torched so many lives in Olorunda LCDA, Badagry West and Central, at a time when many hardly fed due to the lockdown effects of Covid-19.
Sesi is a son to Chief Pius Whingan, a business mogul, a notable chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, and a former Supervisor of Agriculture in Badagry Local Government.
