Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has released guidelines to be followed by air travellers ahead of the resumption of flight operations in the country.
It would be recalled that the federal government had first imposed flight restriction for travelers from 13 countries on March 13, before it completely suspended all local and international flights on March 21, following worsening Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the country.
The government had extended the flight ban for another four weeks on May 6.
But in a move indicative of the federal government’s plan to lift the flight ban at expiration of the four weeks extension, FAAN has released a document to guide resumption of flight operations at all airports in the country.
