Protesters in Lagos on Sunday stormed the Ikeja branch of embattled Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) whose founder Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has been accused of rape.
They told members to hold their flamboyant pastor accountable, calling them shameless for standing with him.
The protesters, who obstructed traffic on the long stretch of Mobolaji Bank Way where the church is located, chanting “Jesus wasn’t a rapist”; “Tell the rapist and ” “Jesus is not a rapist.”

They also chanted: ‘Hold your pastors accountable; Protect your daughters; No to rape; arrest him… Protesters chant on.”
