The Chairman emeritus of Daar Communications, Dr. Rahmond Dokpesi, the owner of African Independent Television, Raypower and Faaji Fm Radio Stations was few week ago remanded in Kuje prison, Abuja over alleged N2billion scam in the $2.1 billion arms deal involving the former National security Adviser to former President Goodluck Jonathan.
